Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival at KEGS. Cask. Almost opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Obvious vanilla on the nose. Palate is light and semi dry, modest fine carbonation. Smooth dry dark malts, mild dark chocolate and modest vanilla, not as strong as the nose. Tangy dark fruits. Light dry finish. A tad dry but tasty.
