Bottled. A light yellow mead. The aroma has notes of delicate notes of flowers on a honey background. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of honey on which is lovely summer flowery notes.

6 years old, tasted in parallel with the 3 years old (Doux)
Pale blond color. Less honey aroma than the 3 years old, light wood, white wine. Mellower flavor, sweet but not syrupy, with a light and interesting wood and sweet nut touch, stronger touch of sweet flowers, jasmin; with the extra ageing the acidic character is almost gone, but the woodyness manages to balance the sweetness. Balanced and long final, with notes of apple juice, and very light wood astringency. Complex and excellent.
