Keg at the brewery tap. Pours clear pale yellow with a dense, frothy white head: lovely dry saison, some grassy bitterness, cracked wheat, straw, mellow yeast expression. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Super Clean ok the finish, with notes of hay, dry wheat bread, a little lemon rind and grass. Great stuff. Highly drinkable.
