Cask gravity at the St Albans BEER festival 2016. A clear yellow golden coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is sharp citrus lemon, light straw, some floral citrus notes, juicy fruits. Flavour is composed of rustic pale grains, light hay, sharp citrus, lemon rind, bitter woody grapefruit. Assertive big punchy bitterness. Palate is medium bodied, little sticky hop, Good cask condition. Lingering citrus grapefruit bitterness.
