Keg at Lyric, Soho. It pours black with a thick tan head. The aroma is big rich smoked character, smoke ham, roasted malts and treacle. The taste is bitter roasted malts, charred wood, rich smoke, earth, peppery spice, touch of dark fruits and tar with a lingering smoked finish. Pretty punchy stuff. Good, but it could be a touch more drinkable. A half did me well.
