As Tomo Hefeweizen. Pours a cloudy golden color. The aromas of ripe banana, wheat and bread. Ripe banana, lemon, grapefruit, wheat, clove and pepper in the flavor.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is medium dry estery, slight fruity. Light fruity, mild estery and light wheaty. Subdued sweetness. Mild bubblegum into the finish.
