Bottle. A clear, brown beer with a dense, finger-thick dark beige head. The aroma has some roasted malts, with grain hints and a touch of caramel. Rather grainy flavor too, some roasted malts and coffee chiming in. Medium body, quite dry, and with a nice carbonation level. Some roasted malts in the finish, and a metal hint. A pretty boring one, not very interesting either. 140228

A dark clear brown Schwartzbier with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with dark fruits and light off notes. In mouth, a sweetish lightly lactic malt with no roasted notes, light off notes, so-so. On tap at Demory Pub.
