On cask at the Pheasant in Wellington. Appearance - golden with a proportionate head and a slight haze. Nose - meadow flowers, lemon and mountain herbs. Taste - more lemon, some custard. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - decent ale.
