[Keg at Zerodegrees Reading] Pours a slightly cloudy yellow colour with a small white head and obvious prickly fizz. The tartness of the apple goes very well with the slightly sour lemon of the wheat beer; it leaves almost cidery overtones, but it’s possibly a little sweet by the end Like all ZeroDegrees beers, it’s too cold and fizzy. Nevertheless, this is one of the bet of their many flavoured wheat beers, and makes me wonder why more people aren’t doing apple wheat beers.
