Flaske fra Gml. Strand øllager, på en solskinnsbenk utenfor, juli-14: lett maltsødme og lett humlet. Intet typisk vinterøl, går like greit om sommeren. Litt steril og medisinal.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Vadehavsbryggeriet Vintermørk ].Clear medium to dark brown color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, spicy, caramel, burnt caramel, - caramelized malt, brown sugar. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, burnt caramal - brown sugar bitter, thin, brown sugar. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft - fizzy. [20140121]

Bottled, thanks fonefan! Cloudy mahogany colur, rich head. Aroma of dusty marzipan and caramel. Mid sweet with clean, hard mouthfeel and ligh-medium body. Caramel, medicin and metal. Low bitterness in a finish with some candy sugar. Typical sterile de Proef stuff, but not pimped with loads of bling bling, as most contract brewers do.

Bottle. Pours clear dark reddish brown with small white head. Aroma is malt, sugar, strawberry gum and malt syrup. Taste is light bitter and medium acidic from the carbonation. Body is watery with sparkling carbonation. Finish is a bit short with notes of caramel, malt, lemon and faint chalk. A bit too thin.

Bottle from Havnens, Vejle. Clear dark brown with a tan head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, bready, dark sugar and yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 301113

Bottle. Amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is sugar, malt, yeast, caramel. Flavour is sugar, malt, fruit, yeast, hop, caramel. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Bottle at Ungstrup’s. Pours cloudy ruby amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit with subtle touches of caramel. Sweetish, malty flavour with notes of caramel. Balanced but rather anonymous.
