Very dark brown with a huge foamy tan head. Malty with notes of toffee and coffee. Medium length finish. Medium body.

On tap at the brewery. Big & black fer sure. Very appealing. So friendly on the buds. It had a really good impression of what a good overall non insulting stout should be. I liked this and its presentation from start to end went well. It smelled good, it had a good soft taste attitude and it went well down the hatch, I liked that., I’m so tired of brewers trying to appeal to those who want a big alky impact in a stout. Overall this is a gentlemanly lovely sweet example of a stout. NICE JOB!
