Keg at the brewery bar. Pours clear gold with a flimsy white head. The nose has sour berries, light apple, lemon. Light-medium sweet flavorbwith some buttered popcorn, cereal, more tartness, slight grassy bitterness. Medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Tart finish, more cereal, light citrus, some yeast. Not good at all.

For an american brewed dubbel, this is probably one of the most behaved & civilized beers that I have had for a long time. Quite often American wannah bee dubbels are rude and crude, this on the other hand is fun and easy, no way can you sense the 8% in this. Glad to have the chance to get a mug of this brew.
