This beer is a brownish-amber color with a thick foamy light beige head that recedes slowly. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast malt, caramel and slight hops. Light-bodied with a slightly metallic character and flavors of caramel malt and mild earthy hops. The finish is sweet with a short malty aftertaste. Below average overall.

12 oz can poured into a nonic pint glass. From a trade with a friend, thanks Daniel! Slightly hazy amber with 4 fingers of beige head. Aromas of malt, caramel, light floral notes. Tastes of malt, caramel, toasty notes, floral notes. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

Nice brown pour with a big head from a can. Yes, looks pretty darn good. Metallic nose. Wew, pretty good malty hoppy kick. Yes, some odd farm hints in the flavors. Interesting brew, not like most brown ales. Ah-HAH, I see it’s related to our old friends at the cellar, heheh. Hop bitterness gets a little more astringent as session passes by. Has a slight tag of slag on the finish. Not too bad for a quite astringent brown beer.
