Our collaboration with The Rat Brewery, Huddersfield. This full bodied IPA has been brewed with the addition of red rye malts to give its deep ruby colour and a spicy note on the palate. The addition of an extravagant amount of Amarillo and Chinook hops give that bold hop forward flavour that gives balance to the malt backbone.

Tap. Devonshire Cat, Sheffield. Hazy, copper colour. Thin, bubbly, off white head. Jammy, toffee malts. Some caramelised orange hop. Some herb. Taste is light bitter. Palate is a tad watery. Lots of carbonation doesn’t help disguise it. Finishes light sweet, and short bitter. Should be better, I reckon.
