O.W.K. Stout recipe aged in Willett 6-Year Bourbon barrels for 12 months then finished in Willett 18-Year Family Estate Bourbon barrels. We added Tanzanian vanilla beans in the Willett 18-Year Family Estate Bourbon barrels and then finished the beer on additional Tanzanian vanilla beans at packaging.

Bottle at The Cellar. Pours black with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is strong vanilla bean, chocolate, roast, wood, bourbon. Slick body, intense vanillla, milk chocolate, roasted malt, oak, hides alcohol well, enjoyed this.
