Cask at Crewe Dog, Crewe. Pours a cloudy golden amber with minimal off-white head and good lacing. The aroma has floral hops and mandarin. In the mouth it is slightly sweet and juicy with a creamy texture. However, some bitterness also comes through rapidly with floral hops and nuts. Some hints of stone fruits later too. Bitterness lasts into the finish. This is OK.
