Poured up on tap at the BJ’s in Chandler, AZ. It has a hazy (hop haze?) glowing copper body with gold edges and supporting a lasting tan head of foam. The modest aroma offers up some citrus hops and sweet malts. The citrus has a nice fruity nuance to it along with a green lime peel like earthiness. The taste delivers a pulse of malt sweetened tangelo and orange citrus hops and then it runs into resiny hop bitterness and a somewhat astringent hop note. It smooths out into the resiny but also candy like citrus hop finish. This has plenty of hop bite and resiny hops and flavor. Overall it seems a bit unrefined and raw. Still darn tasty for any hop head.

Draft @ an Orlando location. Pours dark golden color with white head. Aromas of grapefruit and caramel. Bitter grapefruit rind flavor with sweet caramel. Medium body with average carbonation and a slightly syrupy mouthfeel. One of their better beers.
