On tap at the brewpub. It pours with a nearly totally opaque dirty deep gold that has a white head and leaves behind a sheet of lacing. The aroma offers up punchy Saison spicy yeastiness to a touch of tart lemon and then into a nice mild blueberry note. The taste begins with a mix of blueberry and Saison spicy yeastiness and then moving into some mild honey sweetened pears and apples. Toward the finish modest blueberry and Saison spices take this into the after taste. The blueberry tannin and modest tartness cut nicely into the Saison sweetness.
