12oz can pours with a clear deep gold body that supports a near white head. The aroma offers up sweet malts, citrus hops and some spicy dank onion notes. Alright, this is a nice start. The taste begins with a hop flavor mix of citrus and spicy onion notes and quickly climbing into resiny hop bitterness. To midway the bitter hops recede enough to allow some malt sweetness to be noticed. Solid rich full bodied IPA. Belgian yeast, really? I didn’t notice.
