Our delicious perry is made from a blend of locally grown pears.

Golden in colour from the freshly pressed pears and a portion of apple juice for additional complexity. Honey notes, followed by nuances of juicy melon layered with ripe peach and hints of baked pear. Off-dry in style with a soft texture making this delicious Perry fabulously moreish.

The result is a smooth, creamy perry with a modest natural sweetness.

Bottle. Crisp pear flavor, nice acidity. Lot to no tannins, bit quite sharp overall to balance the rich fruit. Touch of funk also helps. Clean and tasty.

Bottle from the 2012 harvest. Lot 0212. Pretty pricy at $12 for a 500ml. Pours with a crystal clear straw yellow hued body with some bubbles. Aromas are of pear, slightly spicy, rustic and earthy, lightly floral, honey, a touch of rubber/tennis ball on the finish. Flavors are dry, earthy, vegital, bramble like. The tennis ball notes also carry through to the flavor in a slightly distracting manner. Some lime zest character on the finish. Medium-low acidity with mild tannins. Dry with lively carbonation. L
