Missouri Wheat Saison aged with Missouri Grapes.
Loam is a the type of soil that is found in the Augusta AVA about 30 minutes west of our brewery. This American Viticultural Area is the home of the Missouri Chambourcin Grapes we used to showcase a harmony of our Missouri Saison with Missouri Wine Fruit. We treated this beer with the beautiful fruit to extract the delicate flavors and aromatics before allowing it to naturally condition in this bottle for several months and then sharing it with you.

On tap at Churchkey. Ruby red, pink head. Tart berries, funk, oak, vinous, nice.

Bottle. Pours a hazy purple with small pinkish head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is grape skin, floral, oak. Slick body, tart grape, yeast, oak, light acidity, nice balance, enjoyed this.
