For BrewDog's #Collabfest23 - this beer is a collaboration with BrewDog Hull and Bone Machine to reflect BrewDog Hulls love of New Zealand's two greatest exports, Sauvignon Blanc and Hops (we tried Lamb IPA but it didn't taste great.) This hugely aromatic hazy IPA borrows the best of "Savvy B's" flavour profile utilising the eponymous Nelson Sauvin hop, and we doubled down on the fruity elements by conditioning the beer on 20g/l of Gooseberries. The result is a potent hazy IPA with notes of Gooseberry, passion fruit, slight herbaceous edge with a mild acidity.

Keg at 8th ISBF held at Hemsley House, Salford 18/11/2023. Pours unclear yellow gold. Aroma: apricot, peach, gooseberry. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, fruity, light tart gooseberry, white wine vinous hints. Medium body with moderate carbonation
