Dutch autumn can't be caught in a single beer, that's why we always brew three distinct beers to guide you from the indian summer to the first blizzard. After last years hommage to RHCP, we're bringing a musical salute to Queens of the Stone Age this year. The second beer is called You Can't Quit Me Baby, because years ago we promised we would never brew a bock again. But here we are. Our explorations into more classic German lager styles has brought us to this decoction brewed classic Doppelbock. Dark orange in appearance, slightly roasty, with a well balanced malt sweetness at the back.

Can from Mitra Assendorp, Zwolle. Brown malts aroma with dark bread, caramel, toffee, touch of dried fruits. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet and light bitter. Medium body. Decent Bock, could use a bit more punch.

0,33 l can. A clear darkest red brown in the glass, foamy one finger pale beige head. Roasty malt on the nose, bready, red fruity. Taste starts malty, fruity background, increasing dry roasted chestnuts. Pleasant bitterness in the background. Alcoholic hints. Below average carbonated. Nice one.
