In the tradition of Austrian beers, Bison Bock presents a slightly malty aroma with toasty notes in the flavor as well. European noble hops balance the malt sweetness with a slightly spicy but smooth dry finish. One is just not enough!

Not sure this was a Maibock. Amber in color with a small head. Aroma is malty with grains and slight hints of caramel. Taste was sweet up front and in the middle with a slightly bitter finish.

Dull amber. No head. Vaguely crackery malt, crackery malt on the palate. Somewhat dry, but there's no real malt development here.
