Can from Tavour: pours copper with a beige head. Aroma is some toffee, earthy, English hops. Taste is lightly bitter. Not too sweet. Very drinkable.

16oz can from Tavour. Cloudy amber ale, initial thick, frothy head, settles down to creamy off-white layer. Malty, toasty fruity aroma. Taste is malty, bready, fairly bitter and a mite dry.

Hoppy, crispy. Simple, smooth, some grassy hops. Ok.

Cask imperial pint at Machine House, Central District. Enjoyed while watching perhaps the first ever soccer game that I've actually cared about. After visiting the beautiful country of Croatia in May, my life changed forever, so rooting for them there last few weeks feels natural. Feels like a fitting place to catch the game too. Golden orange pour, clean, cream bubbling head. Solid 8am brew here. Cracker and straw grains on the nose. Smooth grain taste. Some grassy hop quality to balance. Light but flavorful. Long lingering cracker finish. Pretty good beer.

Cask at the brewery. Golden-amber with a bubbly head. Light, fruity bitter with a great mineral note, juicy pear hops, and a slightly crackery malt note. Impressive in how authentic this is.
