Bottle from Tuckers Maltings. Pale gold in colour with slight carbonation. Light, malty aroma, with elderflower and citrus hops. sweet flavour, with a herbal edge, lots more elderflowers and dry finish. Good.

[500ml bottle from Tuckers Maltings, Newton Abbot] Pours a clear and very pale gold with a small, lasting white head and a slight tingly fizz. White pepper amd light malts at first, with floral hints. A growing lemon flavour gives a slight dry bitterness in the finish. A light yet tasty alternative to to lager on a hot day. c2
