[On tap at ZeroDegrees Reading] Clear & lively pale gold colour. Elderflower is dominant in both the aroma and initial flavour - in fact at first it tastes purely like a sparkling elderflower cordial. The slight bitterness of the beer base gradually emerges to reveal a drink that is light and very refreshing, and would be ideal for a hot summer afternoon - although it wasn’t really what I wanted on a chilly October evening! Unfortunately a cheap lager flavour emerges in the aftertaste to spoil it somewhat. c2

Draught (Zerodegrees,Cardiff) - Hazy golden in colour. Very floral aroma with elderflower, lime and hops. Slightly tangy on the tongue at first, the elderflower is then very noticeable in the taste but is not excessive. Extremely refreshing and one of the best elderflower beers that I have had.
