Had this at Ratebeer’s Horny Devil Pittsburgh Winter Tasting 2012. Big thanks to Kevin for this gem. Some farmy notes on the olfactory. Slight hazy pale yellow. Very thin creamy head. Lots of very good sizzling co2 in this beer, makes it fun. Has some farm in the taste too. A rather light well behaved beer that comes across somewhat refined. Just enough beer bitter personality to let you know it is beer, well controlled and never over the top. An overall good beer tasting experience. Barely any bitterness on the finish, clean and crisp.
