Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a murky dark tan color with a large creamy peach-tan head that lingered forever and left incredible lacing. The aroma was tart, dryish and a bit chalky with faint vague fruits and a touch of nut. The flavor was tart, tangy and a bit sour with a bit of table sugar, vague citrus, Windex, perfume and a bit of raw bread dough. Medium length tart, sour, perfume and Windex finish. Moderately full bodied. Disappointing.

Mind you, I am not a fan of strong Belgian ales, so ignore my humanistic numbers if you like this style; it is on style. Color of pale lager. Has that belgian aroma in there. A little strong on the initial taste. After a while I think I detect a slight wild side to it. Mild co2. Alky kick fer sure. Some medicinal effects on the finish.
