Cask-conditioned at the Cornubia, Bristol 25/05/2011. Pale amber with a slight, off-white head. Sherbet, yeasty aroma with some apricot and citrus hops. Sweetish malt flavour, with lots more fruit and a dryish finish. Good.

Cellar run cask condition Ship & Mitre BF April 08. Gold/copper colour. Really a very drinkable bitter. Good balance of hop/malt/yeast. Biting hops on end which are full at the same time. One of the better bitters of the festival. Rounded. Bit of caramel and good bitterness.
