Ridiculous is the third instalment in the silly stout trilogy, following Nonsense and Sensible. Working in partnership with local maker The Marshmallowist we threw some gourmet marshmallows into the brew. The sweet, pillowy marshmallows blend seamlessly with bold roasted malts and notes of dark chocolate and vanilla. Aged in ex-bourbon barrels, Ridiculous has a smooth, velvety finish. Perfect for those who crave a dessert-like beer, this stout lives up to its name in the best possible way.

Can from Amity Brew online shop. Black pour with a tan head. Nose is TWIX chocolate, dark roast coffee, vanilla, marshmallow,very light bourbon.Good head retention. Taste is Tunnocks tea cakes,vanilla,toffee, cola, nice hit of coffee coming through in the back end.Not getting much bourbon (if any). Nice through.
