The latest iteration of my nectar IPA series, co-fermented with nectar specialist yeast Meschnikowia Reukaufii (isolated from wild flowers) & Verdant IPA yeast. Double dry-hopped with harlequin, citra & mosaic (15g/l).
Thick, fruity, floral, and juicier than an extremely juicy thing, with moderate bitterness, and a robust malty backbone. Expect juicy pineapple, peach, pine, ripe mango, and passionfruit.
Unfiltered, unfined, & 100% vegan friendly.

Can. Near clear gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a mild dryness, decent fine carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a very light creamy sweetness. Light crisp pine. Quite the candy fruits vibe, sweet even by modern Mosaic standards. The back end brings light but complex hop fruits that are hard to pick apart. Light and semi dry finish. Decent but a bit much to much on the Mosaic front, swamping the other hops.
