A smooth, balanced bitter. Brewed with traditional English hop and malt varieties, Star is our take on the classic British bitter, with a modern approach to brewing technique & ingredient sourcing. Aromas of nuts and winter berries combine with biscuit, caramel malt notes for an ale with herbal freshness & pleasing bitter finish.

Cask at the Pineapple, Kentish Town on 26th November 2024. Clear copper with dense creamy white foam and scant lacing. Caramel malt aroma with berry fruits. Spicy fruit-mouth with a nutty kick, before a finish of maltiness and the odd leafy hop. Full bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

Cask at the New Inn, Littlehampton. Poured a crystal clear medium amber colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt and yeast. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, malt, nutty, light herbal, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A solid session bitter.
