Tap@The Brewpub, Copenhagen - dark Amber brown pour with off white head. Sweet and toasted bready malty with some caramel sweetness, slight dried fruit notes, toasted malty close.

Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2013 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark.Unclear matt medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, light roasted, light smoke, meat notes (in other words the normal house aroma and flavor !). Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, sweet caramel - smoke. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130525]

At Copenhagen Beer Festival, May 2013. Cloudy amber with a lasting white head. Malty aroma with bready character, and some grassy hops. Rich and sweet malty flavour with toffee and bread

Draft @ DØE Ølfestival 2013. Pours a slightly hazy dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty grainy caramel aroma. Fruity malty grainy caramel flavor with weak buttery hints. Has a fruity malty grainy caramel finish.

100ml poured from tap on the brewpub’s exhibition stand at Ølfestival København 2013. Opaque brown coloured body. Spotty lacing from a diminishing off-white head. Smell of caramel and sweet wheat. Likewise, the taste brings bread, caramel and dough. Nice, a tad too sweet though (23.05.2013).

Draught. Good roasted bread aroma. Muddy brown colour. Small light brown head. The flavour is nicely roasted with a good bready note. A little sweet, but good.
