Pours hazy amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, coffee and sugar. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long slightly warm, oak, coffee, brown sugar, caramel and yeast. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 75cl. It's an unclear orange-golden colored beer with a nice-looking two-finger off-white head. The aroma is lightly boozy, with a good dash of coffee and maple syrup, some oxidation and a pleasant maltyness. Bread notes, dark dried fruits, a spiced touch and some faint piney hints. Complex and gentle. It's full to medium-bodied and lighlty warming, nicely carbonated, with a complex flavor profile. Oxidation, caramel, coffee, dried fruits, hints of chocolate, some spiced, grassy Tripel-ish notes, a touch of booze and a nice fruityness. Lasting finish. A delicious one indeed. The ingredients list made it seem rather messy, but it sure wasn't. 211106

Bottle 750ml. @ [ El Catador Detour Grindsted Tasting ] - Guruhso House, Grindsted, Denmark. [ As Struise Randolique ]. ABV: 8.0%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate yeasty, earthy, fruity yeast, moldy, bready - bourbon. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long duration, woody, yeasty, fruity yeast, sweet yeast, esthery, light bread - bourbon. IMO: a bit disappointing... Botlle from Bram. Many thanks! Hazy blond colour, white foam. Nose of banana, spices, coffee. Taste is sweet, coffee (wet coffee filter), bit soapy. Very messy. Not very good.

On tap at OMBF 2018, Krakow. Hazy orange with large white head. Malty, yeasty, sweet, herbal, bit spicy. Some bitterness in finish. Medium bodied.
