This is our tribute to the legendary ale of old Ireland. This amber-coloured beer is brewed as ale and has a medium candy-like caramel malt sweetness. It is often described as tea-like because of its well-rounded and balanced flavours.

Tap. Reddish gold color, yellowish foam. Aroma: diacetyl, malt, a little caramel, a little fruity, jam. Taste: butter, malt, caramel, slightly fruity, light sweetness, slightly earthy bitterness.

Amber, medium head. Yeasty kit beer, has a light caramel note. It’s ok, touch of bitterness at the back.
