500ml bottle. Jet black colour with minimally late awakening, small to average, frothy to creamy, fading, tan head. Sweet-ish, roasty, chocolately, dark malty, slightly biscuity and nutty aroma, notes of dark chocolate, couverture, chocolate sauce, cinnamon, chocolate cookies, hints of maple syrup, a touch of marshmallow, vanilla, caramel, very background-ish BA support. Taste is mildly bitter, roasty, chocolately, dark malty, slightly spicy, notes of dark chocolate, chocolate sauce, some coffee, coffee liqueur, hints of cinnamon, vanilla, roasty bitterness, chocolately sweetness, cautious BA support. Viscous texture, smooth, soft, silky, minimally cloying palate, very fine, soft carbonation. Very homogeneous, harmonious, well controlled sweetness due to sufficing roasty bitterness - very good.

Bottle thanks to Dan. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is cinnamon, roast, maple, cocoa powder, marshmallow, rye. Slick body, cocoa, marshmallow, strong cinnamon, nice sweetness, light booze, enjoyed this.
