Minimally bready, wheaty malty and yeasty spicy, slightly yeasty fruity aroma, hints of crisp bread, clove, some pear. Taste is initially slightly bready, wheaty malty, slightly yeasty fruity and yeasty spicy, hints of pear, crisp bread, clove; later additional fruitiness from the added watermelon, some fruit acidic tartness, some residual sweetness throughout. Watery texture, smooth palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Refreshing, drinkable - very nice.
