0.33 l bottle from 'Craft Bier Bude', best before March 2025. Slightly hazy, dark reddish amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, quite smoky, moderately fruity aroma of honey, banana, smoked ham, bourbon, vanilla and sultanas. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, gently yeasty-spicy, slightly fruity and rather smoky taste of caramel, honey, nuts, overripe banana, clove, smoked ham, bourbon and sultanas, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, slightly woody and a little boozy finish. Medium body, rather effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Quite complex but also a bit messy. Definitely an interesting one but a bit too much.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, chestnut colour with average, creamy, slowly diminishing, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Smoky malty and yeasty fruity aroma, hints of smoked ham, smoked beechwood, a touch of banana; later Bourbon overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel and wheaty malty, mildly smoky, slightly yeasty fruity, hints of baked banana, smoked ham, a touch of honey, barbecue sauce, green apple, beechwood, barely bitter hoppy counterpart. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, soft carbonation. Minimally disharmonious aroma (too much smokiness), more homogeneous and balanced taste, quite some subtleties - not bad.
