Draught at Wild Raccoon Tap Room, Udine. Lightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- citrusy, malt, a bit resinous, floral, touch of licorice. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, licorice, citrusy, jelly, floral, resinous. Medium bodied. Good .

440ml can. Slightly milky, yellow-ish golden colour with average, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy and piney, slightly grassy, hoppy aroma, slightly spicy, pale malty background, notes of lemon, woody pineapple, some resin, grass, grapefruit, a touch of salty cracker. Taste is mildly bitter, citrusy, slightly piney and grassy hoppy, slightly spicy, pale malty, notes of lemon, some lemon peel, a touch of lemongrass, woody pineapple, grapefruit rind, salty cracker, some rye spiciness. Oily-watery texture, smooth, simultaneously slightly dry palate, fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation. Crisp, clean and focussed, hearty - good.
