Polycask @ NWAF 2013, National Winter Ales Festival, The Venue, Sheridan Suite, Manchester, England.Clear light to medium yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, vanialla, Apple Pie, apple porridge. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, tart apples, apples, dry. Body is medium, carbonation is flat. [20130124]
