Sea to Sky series, No. 11
A Belgian style IPA with a light refreshing body, low bitterness and a juicy hop character. Brewed primarily with hops from BC Hop company, this beer has notes of lemon, pineapple, guave and apricot as hops and yeast flavours combine.

Draught at Devil's Elbow, Vancouver
Hazy golden color. Mild spicy aroma and resinous hops. Dry mouthfeel, the yeast has a very good character, spicy, a bit funky, bold, compunded by the strong resiny character of the hops.
Very good.

On tap at R&B. Bright, dark straw. Bubbly head. Phenolic nose...and palate. You get what you’d expect...underattenuated so a fair bit if sweet malt. Bubblegum. A fair of bit bitterness mostly in the finish. Phenolic, bitter Belgian-style golden, more or less.
