Our mascot, Hoppy, thought the first instalment in the Hoppy’s Private Reserve series was “too busy.” “Next time,” he said, “keep it simple.” So here it is - Mosaic hops, Gambrinus’s ESB pale malt, water, yeast, and that’s it. It gets right to the point with a massive aroma of kiwi fruit, gooseberry, and pineapple and finishes with a balanced bitterness and just a hint of nutty malt.

Big mosaic nose. Hazy, light tan and thick head. Bitter. Lots of mosaic. The malt is clean with a little bit of a biscuit note...gambrinus is always solid.
