Hoppy, our mascot-slash- spirit animal, likes his IPA good and dank! When we told him we were brewing the first beer in the Hoppy's Private Reserve series of draft-only IPAs, he insisted we "Dank it up with Eureka," and who are we to refuse?

The first beer in the series, which will be IPAs showcasing a single hop. The first, sadly, was not bottled and no fills were available, so on-site consumption only. Hazy straw colour. Thin head. I smell Citra...so much litterbox...potent hop nose. Soft bitterness and beautiful sweet pale malts. Finishes almost gentle...so refined. Similar structure to the Amarillo Pils, so you know I'm down. Jesus this is one of the IPAs to come out of BC in a while.
