This barrel aged quad was enjoyed at Venti’s Basement Bar in Salem. Bright amber-brown. Thick head. On the nose, a touch of plastic phenol but also dates, plums, figs...the usual quad stuff. Sweet, plummy, nice woody note. Rich fruits, sugars, woody alcoholic dryness.
