Pours an almost clear dark gold, an inch of foam once it settles down. Good lacing.
It smells spicy, bready, light hoppiness, more of the spice.
Bready malt up front, spicy kick like rye, some sweet notes, some bitter.

On draft in Greeley. Pours a clear pale mahogany with an off white head. Aromas of toffee. Moderately sweet caramel flavor. Smooth finish.

12 oz can poured. Pours a thick shadowed copper color with a lasting cream head. Bengals touchdown rate. Extra point good. Finally. Very bready malt aroma. Soft spice. Creamy bread malt flavor as well. A delicious malt bill for sure. Lingering palate forever. Just a hint of a rye like spice. A nice fall/winter lager.

Clear medium amber yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, hay, straw, caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, old malt, hay, straw, caramel sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20131122]

It’s a clear, golden beer topped by a small off-white head. The aroma is faintly sour, with toffee and berries. Some alcohol too. Grass notes as well. It’s full-bodied and quite dry, with a pleasant carbonation. Berry notes, toffee, hay and grass in the flavor, as well as a fine bitterness stretching far into the end. OVerall, nothing impressive, but quite tasteful anyway. 131122

Pours slightly hazy orange amber with small off-white head. Clear aroma of hops, malt and yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with estery touches and notes of spices, possibly coriander. Discernible alcohol presence. Bitter aftertaste. Decent.
