Draught @ Fermentoren, Halmtorvet 29 c, Copenhagen, Denmark 1700.Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, sweet malt, roasted, chocolate, dark chocolate, malt. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, roasted, malt bitter, sweet sugary malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130914]

Draught at the All In Beer Fest, on November 2, 2013.Black color, dark brown head. Sweet, malty, berry scent. Sweet, malty, toffee, roasted, alcohol taste. Roasted, grainy aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Grainy finish.

Draught. Creamy offwhite good mostly deminishing head. Black colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Strong chocolate notes. Vanilla present. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice.

Draft @ Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate aroma. Roasted malty chocolate and caramel flavor. Has a roasted malty licorice chocolate and caramel finish.

Dark brown color, almost black, with creamy head. Aroma of caramel, a bit fruity, American-origin yeast, cheese rind from the Alps (very light ammonia). Full bodied, with soft and lean mouthfeel; good caramel flavor, with some chocolate, moderate sweetness, light nutty touch, correct bitterness.
Solid, well brewed, clean; very good.

(Draught at Fermentoren, Copenhagen, 11 July 2013) Black colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with chocolate, coffee and dark fruit. Malty, roasted taste with notes of chocolate, coffee, blueberries, ashes and an almost lactose like sweetness. Generous roasty bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced for its strength. Very nice.
