Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Darker brown with an off-white head. It’s still very much a porter in style but the vanilla is more than evident in both aroma and taste although not overstated.

Gravicask, kindly shared by fonefan. Our last drink at the first day of NWAF ’13. Opaque coal dark body colour. Headless. Chocolate malty nose, mid-sweet. Vanilla and earthy malt flavour leading to a dry, slightly roasted ending. Very nice (Manchester, 23.01.2013).
