Can at the farmers boy St Albans. A mostly clear deep orange coloured pour with a lasting off white cap. Aroma is floral, Lychee, tea leaves, jasmine, biscuit. Flavour is composed of thin grains, nutty rye, bitter lemon, tea leaves. Palate is thin, grains, chalky, fine carbonation. Ok

AROMA: medium-high hop aroma with ripe tropical fruit notes (apricot, ripe pineapple). medium-low neutral malt background. APPEARANCE: gold color and clear. medium-low off-white head with medium-low retention. TASTE: initial medium-low hop notes (pine, slight grapefruit). medium-low to low neutral malt background. medium-high bitterness with a semi-dry to dry finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an ok pale ale with a very interesting aroma but with underwhelming flavour (maybe because its aproaching its best before date).
