Muddy chestnut colour. Not much head. Aroma is kind of off. Palate reveals more - a harshly phenolic brew that is thin, without any particular malt or hop character. Everything is subsumed by the fermentation issues. I mean, pilot or no, you know it’s gone wrong, why serve it?
